Have you tried talking to Legal aide in you state.They will assist you legally if your ex has a lawyer and you don't.It is very hard and frustrating at times but when you look into your boy's eyes and they smile or say I love you it makes all of thay go away:)!Also call around to lawyers in your town and tell them your situation and ask if they can take your case pro-bono(free)! Most lawyers are required to take a certain number of cases pro-bono.Or contact the Bar Association in your state and they should be able to help you out further. Autumn Scott

i'm a single mother of 3 boys ages 6 4 and 2. i am no longer with their father as we are working on a divorce. i am trying to pay for a lawyer. plus then needs of my kids. i have rent and other bills i need to pay. i was always a stay at home mom since my kids were born. but now i am on my own i have been working as a house keeper. but i have been missing alot of days becouse i have been sick. and now my soon to be ex husband is trying to take my kids from me. his family has money and mine does not. i've never been one to beg for anything. but i need some help.
